I like more to eat than to bake

 I always presented my friends loaves of bread that I baked. Although it's strange to say by myself that it's so good, it's really tasty. But I wanted to give them something different for a change. So I tried baking rolls of bread. I used the bread maker till the first fermentation. 

 As you look, they don't become presents. I reconsidered as follows.
1. Not to thinly roll out dough.
2. Not undo and reroll dough after rolling once.
3. Roll dough lightly to become a roll of bread.
4. Natural fermentation is good for the second fermentation, because my toaster oven has not temperature control for fermentation.
5. Add butter more.

 I was going to bake tomorrow once again, but I became impossible to do, because my friend's husband and wife, my husband and I decided to go to Tsukishima to eat Monjyayaki tomorrow. I'll be able to write about Monjyaki tomorrow.
