Bake mini French bread

 Today it was rain since this morning by a typhoon. I couldn't go anywhere, so I tried baking French bread to pass the time.

 I used a hot plate that was filled with water to the second fermentation. To my surprise it was difficult to make diagonal cuts on the dough with a knife. The dough rose well, but when making cuts it yielded to the knife.
 Although baked mini French bread don't look good, the taste was so good. The most difficult things in baking bread are shaping and the second fermentation for me.
 I can't wait till the dough raises enoughly.
